I wanted to take my time before reviewing this alembic still, as I wanted to write a fair, and hopefully good review. I can say that with all honestly it has exceeded my expectations. I have never owned a copper still before and was a bit nervous for creating my own facial hydrosol mists. It is a dream! I purchased the 5l still and it’s an immaculate piece of craftsmanship that any artisan would be proud to own. I’m currently about to start my third hydrolat, which I forage all the ingredients locally for, and can’t wait. It is a labour of love, you do need patience because it takes me roughly 5 hours to yield 6-7, 100ml bottles! But it is worth it.
